Spider Contractors Ltd after approval by UNRA contracted Atoria Lab to oversee the quality control of this project to its completion.

Planning

Our Services

  1. Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) test
    This was to test the sub-grade strength of the existing ground to help in design of the drainage structures.
  2. Material testing and approval
    We tested all the materials intended to be used on this project. These included; Sand, Aggregates, Cement, pipe culverts, Gravel and Rock
  3. Field density test
    This was to test the degree of compaction for all the gravel placed on site.
  4. Concrete mix design
    We designed concrete mixes following the contract requirement for the different concrete elements such as Box culverts.
  5. Quality Assurance
    We sampled and tested fresh concrete for concrete elements constructed on site.
  6. Concrete compressive strength tests
    These laboratory tests were conducted on concrete sampled from site to ensure that it meets the specified contract requirements.
